There are so many benefits to coming on one of our wellness retreats. Obviously giving the body a detox is a great benefit, but it is also giving your mind a detox too. We get so caught up in life, work, family, house work, seeing friends etc which can all be enjoyable but can be very hectic and stressful. We all need some ‘me’ time but most of us don’t get to have any or feel guilty for having it, however it is essential for optimal health! Most people are chronically stressed and fatigued due to modern day life, so a week away from all the obstacles stopping you from becoming a healthier you, such as; responsibility, work, rushing around, toxic food, toxic people and a toxic environment can make you feel rejuvenated, relaxed, give you a clear mind and give you a new boost of motivation.
