Coming to the end of an excellent break with Philip Chadwick and Renaissance Retreats. Amazing, orgasmic, organic, vegan/raw meals and juices/smoothies along side an intelligent balance of exercise, yoga, meditation and beautiful walks with personal downtime as well. In addition, Emma has shared her extensive knowledge of nutrition with us. We’ve enjoyed several workshops on healthy, sustainable nutrition, juicing, and even learnt how to make raw chocolate!! We’ll be leaving feeling Relaxed Refreshed and Re-educated. Thanks to Emma, Neil, Sophie, Matt and all the guests.

Thankyou both so much for such an amazing weekend. It is always a bit of a gamble to book something new but I have to say I have come home inspired and remotivated to make some shifts to my lifestyle.
You put together an incredibly well balanced schedule, completely in line with my philosophies to leading a healthy and happy life. As a team you complement each other so well , not only in setting a fabulous example of radiating health and vitality but you are both so passionate and caring about what you do and you do it well with great thought and attention to detail to ensure the experience is beyond good.
I loved the variety of classes, particullary the yin yoga which is a bit of a favourute of mine and especially enjoyed being educated in a nutritious raw eating philosophy. The food during the weekend was mind blowingly amazing. Sophie is an incredible cook, I loved all our meals and juices and the presentation of everything in such abundance was just superb.
Emma, I loved your workshops- you are a fountain of knowledge and I came away keen to try some of the recipes out at home – in fact I made the pancakes and ‘Neil’s speciality ice cream’ for my kids when I got home and they loved them and I got some nuts soaking overnight to make some milk!
A memorable weekend with a lovely group of people – thankyou for putting together something very special – I will definitely be back!
