The schedule varies day to day, and may be different depending on which retreat you go on (visit the specific retreat page to get more info), so not one day will be the same. However, we will always start the day with meditation and yoga, we will always have some kind of fitness, and there will always be time to explore! All activities are optional, so if you want to relax all day, you can!

Here is an example-

7.30am: Meditation

8am: Wheatgrass shot & supplements

8.15am: Yoga

9am: Fitness

10am: Breakfast

10.30am: Nutrition Workshop or cooking class

1pm: Lunch

2pm: Free time- how about a walk to the local town?

5pm: Vinyasa flow & Yin yoga

7pm: Dinner

8pm: Film such as 'Food Matters'
